1. Participants are requested to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the meeting. Lunch and high tea will be provided on the university campus during the event.
2. For any assistant/queries regarding travel or accommodation in Dehradun, please contact the Program Coordinator (see the Contact section).
3. Participants are advised to make their arrangements well in advance, as June is a peak tourist season due to summer holidays and the proximity of popular hill stations.

The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport (DED), about 30–35 km from the campus. Regular flights are available from Delhi and other major cities.

The nearest railway station is Dehradun Railway Station, around 5–6 km from the university. Direct trains are available from Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Mumbai, Lucknow, and other cities. City buses and Auto rickshaws are easily available till ISBT Dehradun.
🚌 By Bus
Dehradun is well connected by Volvo and regular bus services from Delhi, Chandigarh, Haridwar, and nearby cities. The nearest bus terminal is ISBT Dehradun. Take Auto rickshaw from ISBT to Graphic Era Hill University.
